We Review & Propose
We assess feasibility: which sources exist, how complete the data is, whether collection is lawful and practical, and what the realistic scope and pricing look like. We send you a written proposal with no obligation to proceed.
You Approve
Review the proposal, ask questions, request adjustments. Work only begins once you have approved the scope and terms. No surprises, no scope creep, no hidden fees.
We Deliver
Your dataset arrives in the format you requested — CSV, Excel, JSON, or spatial — along with a data dictionary, source list, and quality notes documenting coverage, limitations, and any known gaps.
